The irony of the phrase 'fine dining' is that sometimes the experience is anything but. It's possible to do cool things with food when a lot of money and creativity are involved, but this also runs the risk of disappointing diners with a pretentious menu or even worse, an empty stomach.
Unfortunately for some, eating out at expensive places can involve paying for the experience rather than the quantity. This is what one diner found out recently, after he ordered a hundred dollar's worth of the supposed 'best steak in the world'.
After sharing its laughable presentation, Twitter wasted no time in expressing their opinions on the measly meal. It looks like you would have to dig a lot deeper if you intended on filling up at this establishment, and that isn't to everyone's taste or bank balance. Say what you like about the dubious cooking skills of Salt Bae, at least his portion sizes are a bit more generous.
